# Google API Services User Data

> How SideShift uses Google Workspace API data for Sidekick, including Limited Use compliance.

SideShift's in-product assistant (**Sidekick**) can connect to Google Workspace APIs (including Google Photos where enabled) so you can work with your own Google data inside SideShift.

## Limited Use

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

SideShift uses Google Workspace and Google Photos user data **only** to provide user-facing Sidekick features you request. That data is **not** used to create, train, or improve foundational AI models.
