}Convert a ghost handle to a pending creator contract
Convert an existing tracking-only ghost handle into a pending creator contract with the same contract ID, post IDs, and daily history. The creator must accept through the normal platform flow before activation; this endpoint does not sign a contract, activate it, or send a payment. Campaign payment terms apply after conversion. Another active or pending real contract for this creator in the campaign causes a conflict. Required brand-owned contract fields must already be complete. Requires contracts:write with either OAuth or a scoped Platform API key. Both the campaign and contract must belong to the credential’s company. The creator must already be in that company’s Creator Database or have a real contract with it. Only unpaid, active or pending tracking-only handle contracts are supported; ghost videos, retired creator contracts, and contracts with payment or acceptance history are rejected. At most 450 posts per contract are supported. Larger contracts are rejected without writes. Contract, campaign-handle attribution, and posts are changed in one source transaction. Sandbox credentials cannot call this endpoint. See the ghost creator migration guide.
